Non permanent hair dye (optional)
White Mascara
White eyeliner
Really, really pale lipstick (blue, purple, red, pink, even white if you can find it)

1. Apply the hair dye
2. Apply the white eyeliner (as thick as you want)
3. Apply (haha) the white mascara (add blue or black at the tips of your eyelashes for extra effect)
4. Apply the lip stick.
